Can the software run without internet access?

Yes. Activation uses a license file generated from the Machine ID displayed by the software.

Is the license per user or per computer?

Pricing is for a non-renewing one-year license per computer. Additional computers require additional activations.

Can tax-exempt institutions purchase without tax?

Tax-exempt institutions should contact Aurum Scientific before purchase with their exemption documentation so the order can be handled appropriately.

What if a computer is replaced?

Contact Aurum Scientific with the order details and the new Machine ID. Replacement handling can be reviewed case by case.
